Skins for Your Laptop

I had to share this link that Jamie sent to me today. Skynmobile has released what they call “Skyntones”. I’m always intrigued by innovative ideas where a lot of people might see them as fairly lame. A good example is a skin for your laptop. It’s just a simple cover that adheres (without leaving residue) to your laptop. They have some pretty decent designs and I definitely won’t be purchasing one, but I can think of a few people (mainly female) that would splurge for one. The lime green cover is pretty tight, though.

So if you don’t feel on the edge of fashion with the latest Prada shoes or Chloe Edith bag in Whisky, then check out the Skyntones. A special thanks to my friend Bill @ Bob Ellis Shoes for keeping me up to date with the latest fashion styles.

The product team at Skynmobile should consider a design that doesn’t rule out the millions of Mac addicts. This would need to be something with the Apple logo carved out of the middle, but I think it would make for a pretty cool product. Just a thought.
